Roma is the capital city of the world government of Magna Roma. It was founded early in the habitation of the planet, inhabitants transplanted by the Preservers from Earth, approximately 79ce. It is the cultural center of the Magna Roman society, home to government, educational facilities, embassies, and a large concentration of ethnic Roman population.
