Admiral Marzz Razzor is a relic from another time. One of the top Admirals of his day, his ship was originaly reported lost in the Archanis Sector in 2299, it's fate unknown. Nearly 100 years later, Admiral Razzor and his ship, U.S.S. Hyperion, was discovered adrift by the U.S.S. Titan under the command of then Captain William T. Riker in the year 2383.
After an extensive debriefing and education on the current timeline by the Department of Temporal Investigations, Agents Lucsly and Dulmer cleared Admiral Razzor for full active duty. Since then, Razzor has served dutifully and many of his old strategies are still required reading at Starfleet Academy.
Admiral Razzor is currently the commanding officer of all Federation military operations against the Klingon Empire. His main base of operations is the old space station K-7, located on the edge of the Federation/Klingon border. Though, some of his colleagues at Starfleet Command concider him out of date, Razzor's exhaustive knowledge of Klingon customs and tactics allow him to keep the Klingon advance at bay and have earned him the respect of those under him.
Currently in command of the 6th Fleet's new Flagship, the U.S.S. Inferno NCC-101711. Admiral Razzor has recently joined forces with Omega Force in battling the advance of the Borg, leading 6th Fleet forces along side Klingon warships to combat the Collective.
Admiral Razzor was one of the few Caitians who showed interest in the tactical side of Starfleet, during his era, Caitia was a pacifistic civilization. His stern upfront minded way of thinking earned him as much prestige but didn't earn him many friends at Starfleet Academy.
