As the highist ranking officer in Starfleet, Admiral Quinn oversees and commands the whole of Starfleet. He answers directly to the Federation President and the Federation Council. He is highly respected by all those who serve under him as well as the Federation government. Under his command, Starfleet has made many important strides to ceasing this war and once again bringing peace back to the Federation and the Klingon Empire.
