The DeLancey Foundation Investments Group, is a pooled investment fund, comprised of an amalgamated concern of multiple smaller organizations with responsibility to investing stockholders, the DFIG Stockholders Union, and the common Board of Directors. The DFIG limits investments and expenditures to maintain liquidity demands, and to benefit Affiliates and chosen charitable organizations.
The Board of Directors is made up of Representatives elected from the major stock holders unions, and affiliates that make up the DFIG. The Small Board, which meets quarterly is made up of the investors group only. The members will meet with the Chairman concerning regular business. Bi-Annual meetings, and special sessions are called when significant import is raised, which will be open to all stockholders and affiliates.
