Starship Positions

These positions are positions that are available to players. Typically, Senior Staff positions (Captain, Executive Officer, Strategic Operations, and any "Chief" position) will be filled by veteran players that have worked their way to it, but may be filled by new players if no veteran players are available. Non-leadership positions are open to new players by default, and are normally filled by low-ranked characters such as ensigns or crewman.
