Bursali Star System (LMC-2143) - LMC Sector 2030 / Large Magellanic Cloud
A trinary star system located coreward of the Artesia star system. The system, located behind a charged stellar dust cloud, is home to the Bursali race. A Ursanoid race that has recently just achieved warp capability.
Bursali Star System
The system consists of eleven planets and a large asteroid belt. Its Oort cloud is unusually active with numerous comets. Conditions within the system as well as the presence of the enormous charged dust cloud that englobes the system is indicative of this system at one time being the home of a highly advanced space faring race. It has been theorized that the Bursali themselves may have been a part of the earlier alliance that faced the forces of The Dark more than to million years ago and suffered a catastrophic system wide cataclysm. A disaster that the race may just now be on the path of recovering from.
