The Benamite Recrystallization Matrix is a device created by B'Elanna Torres to repair fractured benamite crystals within a Quantum Slipstream Drive.
The prototype device was not reliably able to be replicated, this lead to a a new form of the device being Created by Captain Jackson Riens and Lt Cmdr Aria Xalot during their time on the USS Pilgrim. The effectiveness of this device is unfortunately limited by initial reaction mass of which the supplies of federation benamite have been severely depleted due to constant galaxy spanning warfare for over 20 years.
