The Anevian Incident involved the USS Caelian (NCC-99521) and the Irdinian star system. Reports are sparse and conflicting, but the generally understood theory is than an unknown entity within the star was controlling the population and driving them to mass suicide. Caelian's crew stopped the entity at the cost of the ship and crew.
