CLASS DESCRIPTION[]
The Ambassador class entered service in the early 24th century, and has been involved with every major engagement leading up to the current war. Despite the frame's age, Starfleet is continuing to upgrade existing ships as available, and newer ships are being constructed as well.
The Ambassador class is most notable for the Enterprise-C, which was instrumental in defending Khitomer and preserving the peace between the Federation and the Klingon Empire, and the alliance that lasted until the 2380's.
