Personal History[]
Born in 2375, Aiku Murai was a quiet and stable child. Her father, a systems analyst in Starfleet, was killed in 2379 during shipboard accident. In 2393, Aiku moved to Los Angeles in an attempt to start her career. Three months after moving there, her mother also passed away. Aiku's younger sister, Erys, was sent to live with Aiku, and their life was not an easy one. The young adult was not prepared to care for a child, and her career fell apart with the added responsibilities. Still, they both survived and managed to build lives of their own. Eventually, Aiku settled down with a man named Steven. She had one child with Steven, but the marriage fell apart in the 2420's. Her second marriage, with Jacob, has been much more stable. The aging woman has long since retired and begun enjoying a long-deserved rest.
Aiku passed away in her sleep in December of 2454. Aiku was buried in a family plot in Hawaii, near her parents. She is survived by her second husband, Jacob, and her only son, Robert.
